The home crowd had a good time watching the Long Beach Ports and Hollywood Stars get after it.

Hollywood right fielder Sean Womersley made his presence felt in the 7-3 Stars triumph over the Long Beach Ports. Womersley was 3 for 3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs. Jesús Chávez, the winner, is now 5-3. He struck out 6 and walked 1 over 6.1 innings, while allowing 3 runs on 7 hits.

Making an impact for Hollywood was second baseman Oliver Fernández. Earthquake drilled a run-scoring double off Kyle Arnold in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, Fernández went 2 for 3 with a double and was hit by a pitch, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said Womersley.
