The Dallas Eagles rode a solid performance from 23-year-old starting pitcher Leroy Matthews to a win, beating the Homer Yetis, 4-1, at Bombers Ballpark. The third-place Eagles have a record of 24-24.

The fans who came to support the Eagles were pleased with the outcome. It was what they had hoped for when they passed through the turnstiles at Bombers Ballpark.
