The Homer Yetis defeated the Phoenix Fireballs, 6-5, at Bombers Ballpark. Mike Adams, who is tied for 10th in the PL in triples with 5, was a standout performer for Homer. The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Homer catcher Daniel Clements, facing Francisco Rivera, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Yetis the 6-5 win.
