The Mexico City Aztecs beat the Los Angeles Angels, 4-1. Mexico City pitcher and Sparks, Nevada, native Clyde Kelly led the way. Alfredo García, who led the CL in saves with 41 last year, nailed down the save. The 4th-place Aztecs go to 26-27.

Billy Bunch, who won the Young Buck in 2010, had a direct impact on the outcome. Bunch contributed a solo home run in the top of the second inning to put Mexico City up, 2-0.

"Clutch hitting plus clutch pitching usually equals a win," said Bunch.
