A 4-RBI performance from first baseman Ángel Barrón, who is tied for 9th in the CL in extra base hits with 68, led the Sacramento Ironhorse to a win over the Los Angeles Angels, 6-1. With the win, Sacramento upped its record to 81-72.

Early in the game, Barrón had a 3-run home run for Sacramento. It was his 36th home run of the season and put the Ironhorse on top, 3-0.

"Ángel showed up tonight," said Sacramento manager RR Zayx.
