Anthony Miskell was locked in. The right-hander led the Minneapolis Millers to a 4-1 win against the New Orleans Pelicans at Higgins Park. Darwin Madden closed it out for Minneapolis, earning his 4th save. Minneapolis is now 34-39. New Orleans is 36-37.
Chris Ruhl, who is a six-time Platinum Glove Award winner, had a direct impact on the outcome. Ruhl contributed a 2-run single in the top of the first inning to put Minneapolis up, 3-0.
