C Ford Lights Up Locusts for 5 RBIs as Grizzlies Tie WCS
The Denver Grizzlies and the Salt Lake City Locusts will take the Wild Card Series to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation today, the Grizzlies beat the Locusts 9-5 at Jellystone Park to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Denver catcher Will Ford hit 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice.

Sebastiano Elías helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run single. It came in the first inning, making the score 2-0, Grizzlies.

"It was a good day but I'm not letting my guard down," Elías said. "I'll let my guard down as soon as someone puts a big, fat championship ring on my finger."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Jellystone Park in Denver.
