Clark Field was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Las Vegas Strip and Austin Cowboys.

The Las Vegas Strip beat the Austin Cowboys, 5-4, in 11 innings at Clark Field. Las Vegas shortstop Júlio Castellanos had an outstanding performance. He went 2 for 5 with 2 home runs and a walk. Las Vegas reliever Charles Chandler was the winner. His record is now 2-6. Rafael Concepción took the loss. Earning the save was John Hodges. He's now cashed in 2 of 7 save opportunities.

Castellanos had a game-changing home run in the top of the 11th. On a 2-1 fastball from Rafael Concepción, he banged a solo home run to right-center, giving the Strip a 5-4 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Castellanos.

"I know we have our doubters," said Austin manager John Kolman. "But I still have high hopes for this team."

The Strip go to 20-62 with the win.
