Cowboys Deal Allen to Beavers for Bartlett Monday, February 8th , 2016 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Austin Cowboys and the Portland Beavers have agreed to a deal that will have 22-year old minor league RHP Gary Allen and 19-year old minor league RHP Rubén Puente heading to Portland in exchange for 28-year old 3B Nathan Bartlett. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. In 797 career games Bartlett has batted .293 with 848 hits with 175 doubles, 35 triples and 129 home runs. He has also collected 416 RBIs and scored 420 runs. |
