Strip Mathematically Out of Playoffs Monday, August 31st , 2015 There are many adjectives that can be used to describe the Las Vegas Strip this season. Few of them are positive. And as of today, the Strip can add another descriptor -- officially eliminated from the playoffs. Las Vegas last appeared in the postseason in 2013. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 39 times in their 53-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Strip have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
