Seals Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Monday, September 21st , 2015 The San Francisco Seals have run out of games to perform any sort of late-season miracle. As of today, they were mathematically out of playoff contention. San Francisco last appeared in the postseason in 2012. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 28 times in their 59-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Seals have made the playoffs 7 times. San Francisco last won the Series of the West in 1979. |
