No Late-Season Magic Coming: Minneapolis Out of Playoffs Thursday, October 1st , 2015 Minneapolis Millers manager Bob T called today a "dark day" for his club. The Millers were officially eliminated from playoff contention and will shift their focus to next season. "There are probably worse days in the history of the Minneapolis Millers, but right now this feels bad," T said. This is the club's 5th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2010. In total, the Millers have missed the playoffs 47 times in their 59-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Millers have only made the playoffs once. |
