Mattingly Fires 1-0 Shutout in Yetis Win Friday, May 20th , 2016 The Denver Grizzlies had no answer for Homer Yetis pitcher Adrian Mattingly. They failed to score a single run against him, losing, 1-0. Denver managed only 9 hits off Mattingly, who had 7 strikeouts. The extraordinarily popular Mattingly got a standing ovation from the hometown crowd as he left the field, the applause continuing until he returned from the dugout to tip his cap to the crowd. "Yetis fans are the best fans, in my opinion," he said. "It's a great feeling to throw a shutout under any circumstances, but to do it with the crowd behind you like that is just incredible."
