Pitcher of the Month Named in PL Wednesday, June 1st , 2016 Last month was a very good one for Sergio Estrada of New Orleans. So good that he has been picked as the Pitcher of the Month in the Pioneer League. Estrada throttled league hitters the entire month, completing May with an impressive 4-0 mark and a 1.70 ERA in 6 starts with 47 strikeouts in 47.2 innings. On the year, Estrada has worked 80.2 innings with 79 strikeouts en route to a 6-0 record and 1.79 ERA. |
