San Diego-Minneapolis Trade: Willis for King Monday, June 13th , 2016 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the San Diego Breakers and the Minneapolis Millers have agreed to a deal that will have 21-year old minor league 1B Arnold Morrow, 23-year old minor league RF Barrett Willis, 23-year old RHP Scott May, 21-year old minor league 3B Bruce Ritchie, and a 1st round draft pick heading to Minneapolis in exchange for 23-year old 3B Bruce King. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. This season, Willis has 10 home runs and a .234 batting average. |
