Neil Guillén, known affectionately as "the old man" by the younger players in the Angels clubhouse, showed his teammates how to do it last week -- and in the process the 36-year-old vet beat out all competition for the Pacific Coast League Player of the Week Award.
He put up a .464 batting average, 13 hits in 28 at-bats, 4 home runs and 11 RBIs. Guillén also scored 5 runs.
A look at his season totals shows Guillén with 15 home runs, .279 BA, .332 OBP, 34 RBIs and 32 runs scored.
