PCAA Awards Player of the Week

Luis Villanueva burst onto the Pacific AA stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie center fielder for Hutchinson garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy.
The 22-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .409 (9-for-22) with 5 home runs and 5 RBIs last week.
In 66 games this season, Villanueva has compiled a .304 batting average with 75 hits and 25 home runs. He has also scored 53 times and knocked in 54 runs.
