Hardy Crafts 4-0 Shutout Saturday, July 4th , 2015 Benedict Hardy bent a little, but he didn't break against the Bakersfield Basques. The San Jose Foghorns pitcher hurled a 4-hit, 4-0 shutout in a fine performance, surrendering 4 walks and tallying 5 strikeouts. "Benedict is good at getting out of jams," Foghorns manager told reporters after the game. "He's almost more effective when he gets guys on base or gets behind in the count, because he uses your aggressiveness against you."
