Starks Snags PAA Batting Honor in July Saturday, August 1st , 2015 At only 22 years of age, Zach Starks could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Helena Handbaskets, as July was one to remember for the second baseman and he has captured the Pioneer AA Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .369 with 4 home runs, 18 RBIs and 22 runs scored. Looking at his stats this year, Starks has compiled a .287 batting average, while hitting 9 home runs and driving in 52 runs. He has played in 106 games and scored 56 runs. |
