Blades Blanked by Hunt
Tuesday, September 1st , 2015
Bobby Hunt was in a mood to talk following the Duluth Dukes contest against the Rolla Blades, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Blades, 5-0.
"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Hunt said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."
The right-hander blanked Rolla on a 7-hitter, allowing 1 walk and racking up 7 strikeouts.
In 23 starts this year, Hunt has crafted a 10-9 record and a 3.37 ERA.
