Ochoa at His Best, Whips Paratroopers Friday, July 26th , 2013 Mario Ochoa kept the Peoria Paratroopers hitters off balance all game long as the St. Joseph Riders pitcher blanked the Paratroopers, 5-0. Ochoa gave up 3 hits, struck out 8 and walked 2. In the postgame press conference, the right-hander was reluctant to talk about the outing at length. "It was a nice win in a long season," he said.
