Pioneer AA Pioneer South Won: Steelers on Top Saturday, September 6th , 2014 "We're not done yet!" That was the resounding sentiment in the Shreveport Steelers locker room when they were told they had clinched the Pioneer AA Pioneer South title, for the 7th time. With a 91-50 record, Shreveport's stars certainly feel like they have a good chance to go all the way. "We're learned a lot under our coaching staff this year. They've taught us to never be over-confident, and play every game like a championship game. I think with that and the team we have, we have a great chance to bring a 2nd championship to Shreveport this year," said starting pitcher Joe Sandoval. |
