League Suspends Tucson CF Bailey Tuesday, May 24th , 2016 In Tucson the Nets got the news of David Bailey's 2-game suspension. The 22-year-old center fielder appeared to make contact with an umpire while arguing balls and strikes during yesterday's game against the Comets. Bailey told reporters that he did not grab anybody. "It is one thing to throw me out of the game for arguing, but that is not enough to kick me out for 2 games." For the year, Bailey has hit at a .167 clip with 14 RBIs, 1 home run and 15 runs scored. |
