Ramos Belts Bunch of Base Hits

All game long, Shreveport's Juan Ramos was rattling the walls at Steelers Ballpark and banging out base hits against the Odessa Oilmen. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Steelers had a win, 23-2.
Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 22-year-old third baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this."
Juan Ramos singled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Eduardo González in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 5th, walked in the 7th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Jim Unknown in the 7th.
In his season totals Ramos has 3 home runs and a .247 batting average.
