Silver Sox Take Tight Tango, 3-2

The Reno Silver Sox picked up a win at Banditos Ballpark, knocking off the Las Vegas Strip, 3-2. Starting pitcher David Bright was a big reason why. Arturo Avilés picked up his 3rd save of the season. The 5th-place Silver Sox improved to 19-22.
César Molina came through with a big-time hit for Reno. The shortstop smacked a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 3-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
"David was David," said Silver Sox manager Zach Ames. "We know what we'll get whenever he takes the mound."
