Poole Selected CL Player of the Week

Jim Poole punched, poked and pummeled the baseball last week and today he garnered a majority of the votes for the Pacific Coast League Player of the Week award.
The Portland Beavers center fielder slashed out a .500 average with 13 hits in 26 at-bats, 7 home runs and 16 RBIs.
So far this year, Poole has hit .317 with 16 home runs, 38 RBIs and 27 runs scored.
