The Long Beach Ports stopped the Minneapolis Millers, 7-4, at Tapatio Park. The Ports got a big game from Ming Loong, who went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. At 28-32, the Ports claim third place in the Pacific Coast League South.

Long Beach took control in the bottom of the seventh. With no one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Gonzalo Nieves hit a run-scoring single to make it 5-4, Ports.
