Mexico City Newcomer April's Best Rookie Friday, May 1st , 2015 Last month Robert Simons overwhelmed Pacific Coast League clubs and nailed down 4 victories. Today the Mexico City starter was awarded the league's Rookie of the Month trophy. He was acclaimed for his outstanding performance during the month of April. Simons soared through the CL with 4 wins and 1 loss and a 3.08 ERA. He struck out 25 in 38 innings and other clubs to a .243 average. |
