Postseason Bid Ends for Long Beach Tuesday, September 29th , 2015 Long Beach Ports fans had stayed hopeful that their club could reach the postseason this year, but that possibility is now gone. The team has been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. Before this season, the Ports last missed the playoffs in 2013. In the 59 years they have been a Big Sky Baseball franchise, they have missed the playoffs 23 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Ports have missed the playoffs 2 times. Long Beach has won the Series of the West 15 times in their history. |
