Postseason Bid Ends for San Jose Thursday, October 2nd , 2014 It's a close-but-no-cigar type of year for the San Jose Owls. The club has now run out of games to make a comeback and will not make the playoffs this season. The Owls have missed the playoffs 46 times in their 52 years as a Big Sky Baseball franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 5th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2009. In the last 10 seasons, the Owls have made the playoffs 3 times. |
