Chávez Shuts Out Gulls, 6-0 Thursday, April 9th , 2015 It was a long day at the plate for the Provo Gulls at Provo Grounds. They never figured out Corpus Christi Hooks starter António Chávez and were shut out, 6-0. The right-hander baffled the Gulls the entire game, yielding no runs and giving up 1 hit in a well-pitched outing. Chávez also totaled 13 strikeouts and 1 walk in the game. View Boxscore |
