The Salt Lake City Locusts downed the Reno Silver Sox, 5-0, at Alamo Park. Salt Lake City pitcher Pete Howard definitely brought his A-game. Howard picked up the win for Salt Lake City, going 7 innings. He gave up no runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 3-1. The Locusts, at 24-23, sit in 4th place in the Pioneer League North.
