Mejía Goes Cycling Sunday, October 11th , 2015 Pablo Mejía accomplished one of the rarer feats in baseball when he hit for the cycle against the Hollywood Stars in the 11-9 San Jose Owls win at Ballpark of San Jose. Afterward, Mejía acknowledged that his accomplishment was special, but said he was more interested in helping the Owls win. "Maybe one day I'll look back on this with more meaning, but right now I just want to go out tomorrow and put some good swings on the ball and help my club win another game," Mejía said. On his historic day, he went 5-for-5 with 4 RBI and 3 runs scored -- and also got a spot in the history books. Pablo Mejía singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, tripled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Peyton Knickle in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th.
